VISION
The school’s goal is to provide children with a solid moral foundation, discover their athletic skills, and raise their academic standards to a level that will allow them to enter any tertiary institution in the nation. In addition, the school intends to take advantage of all available resources in order to raise the overall academic level of its students.
BRIEF HISTORY
In January of 1991, the school opened its doors to its first class of 178 pupils. In the beginning, there were a total of five (5) teaching staff members at the school, including the Headmaster, as well as nine (9) non-teaching staff members. Mr. George Tachie-Menson was the first person to hold the position of Headmaster at the school.
Three family chiefs in Enyan Denkyira—Ebusuapanyin Yaw Egyin, of the Agona clan, Opanyin Kofi Sam, of the Dehyena clan, and Mr. D. E. B. Crentsil, of the Twidan tribe—provided the school with the land it sits on without charging the institution for the privilege.
